Hi Rob I have moved this thread into Marketing and PR.

Can you tell us what your business is?

Rob,

I have a feeling the rest of the forum will have plenty to say about this business. This isn't a website you have set up yourself is it?

Most people are highly skeptical of get rich schemes. Especially ones which start 'This is not some get rich scheme'.

Sorry to be blunt but I do believe this might be a waste of your time. What did you do before you came across this scheme?

So if your techniques work as your website suggests (i.e. you practice what you preach) you must have an unlimited marketing budget right???

Rob,

I've seen many, many sites promising a method to all of life's riches, and yours is typical of them: read quite of lot of blurb that promises the earth without saying how, unless you download the secret.

I wouldn't pursue a site like this, but even if I was tempted, I wouldn't dream of giving you my name and address for information you are going to e-mail me.

Does anybody really follow-through sites like this?

no, for me too.

can never see why anyone bothers with these sites

do u honestly think that this will ever pay off? cant imagine for one second you do.

Have you tried out the system yourself? Did it work as promised?

If no then why do you think it would benefit others if it gaurentees everyones a winner.

Wouldnt it be more effective to take the course/system yourself first? :)

If you tak a lok at the website you will see there is no need to give any of that information all you have to give is an email address to get the free gude

Put yourself down for a free guide and you see how it works and then ou know if it will work for you

Rob,

I have been on your site, and there are red asterisks against all the required fields (which includes name and address).

I've just tried to input an e-mail address alone, to see if it works, and I got a message telling me my enquiry hasn't been sent because I havent entered the required information.

If you are serious about this venture then a little more customer support would be nice to see.

With that sort of remark you are simply confirming what others are thinking.

Do you honestly think its not in ur interest to assist us as we are assisting you??????

I may of dismissed this venture but other may be willing to assist

Rob,

I can now see another link, near the top of the document, which DOES allow me to just put an e-mail address.

Might I suggest (even though I still think it's a lost cause), that THAT link perhaps should go at the bottom of the page?

I read all the way down to the bottom of the page, then wouldn't have thought about scrolling back up to other links, especially when I can see two that look as if they're giving me the information you're trying to give away.

Maybe clarify the links?

I'm sorry about going on about the links, but............... I had another look at your site. The link at the top, for which you only need your e-mail address, is for a 'hard copy of the rest of this site'. I might have been having a blonde moment here, but I took that to mean the text on the screen, and NOT the document that will uncover the secret. I don't know about anyone else, but I am still confused about what link gives you what.

I don't know anything at all about marketing, but I think that one thing that puts people off this kind of product is the fabulous, larger-than-life, too-good-to-be-true claims.

I do recall (and I don't remember the name, I'm sorry), seeing a site that offered a system to untold wealth, but which was presented in a much more conversational, not-in-your-face, subtle way, having no 'outrageous' claims on it. I may have a 'poke around', and see if I can find it. If I do, I'll let you know. It stood out because of it's unpretentious style.

Maybe you could operate two sites in parallel, and see which has the better response?

But it then goes on to say you do that 'Using a Simple Strategy To Allow You To Make All the Money You Will Ever Need'.

That's an awful lot of money.

Ok, If you really want a bit of advice, make it appeal to the viewer of the website first of all. What incentive is there for me to download your free copy. Yes it says I can get untold wealth but it doesnt make me want to waste 5 minutes of my time filling out a form, but how will it do this, if its making untold wealth from selling drugs, its not going appeal to me once I have downloaded it. Give a little overview but don't outsell the process. Make the site a bit more user freindly and show better support to potential users on forums such as these. There is no way many people from here will think 'O I will waste 5 minutes to do this, when the only support he gives is "go and sign up for one"'

Put yourself in our shoes, would you do this scheme, hand out personal information over the net just for untold wealth that has no introduction as to what it is or does.

^^ Some good advice right there. Testimonial quotes from some of the clients you have worked with over the last 8 years could help. They would have to be very very convincing though and not just done by you (self written quotes stick out like a sore thumb.)

To be honest (pun intended!) I'd just be a bit more upfront and honest in your site. The fact that there's nothing on the site about houw you get the wealth and what you have to do puts people off straight away.

If I said to you "what would you say if I said you could lose weight without exercise or diet!?" The first thing you think is "What's the catch, it can't be true, it's a scam". You need to draw people in with lines like "The system involves...." or "This service has been proven many times over and can help you too!"

You make a very good point and I am very happy to have you advice but i do hope some people wil take up the offer of a free guide and see if they feel it could work for them

No im not trying to spam im asking for advice and I will be looking at the advice ive had and anymore i can get the more people who look at the site the more advice I can get like Ive been saying im new to all this and the more help the better

Yep its still an oxymoron to me, you claim this system can generate 'all the cash you ever need' so why don't you use it to generate ten million pounds, retire and then you won't have to worry about marketing or doing anything.

Its not like that at all if you take a look at our free guide you will see that we are trying to help you make the best out of what already have nothing more nothing less

I don't know if I'm being hyper-sensitive here, but you use the response "down load the guide" so often, that I got a bit suspicious (and curious).

I created a hotmail account, and downloaded your guide on a computer I don't use much.

I got the message that the guide won't be available for the next two weeks or so.

I'm sort of expecting all kinds of spam mail to that account shortly. Am I right to be so wary?

You know that 'sucking through their teeth/grimace' that builders do just before knocking you out with a premium rate quote... ;)

even looking at some of the websites makes me wonder how people actually use these 'services'

and dont even get me started on the overall companies FSA details!

I got one of those "won't be available for 2 weeks" messages too. A bit underwhelming really, it makes the enterprise look a bit shaky; unprofessional and unfinished, which doesn't inspire confidence.
That confidence is further dented by your having a [email protected] email address: that just says to the world you are not a proper business. (Nothing against Tesco; gmail, hotmail and any freemail address says the same).

On the positive side the feedback you are getting here might help you refine your product and service. Good luck.
