Words contained in trademark

Hi Everyone,

I am applying for my first trademark and I am a little unsure what to write when I get to the question "Enter the words, letters or numbers contained in the trademark".

I have a logo (text and picture) containing the words "Amazing Apples, Tasty Fruit, Est. 2018" (for example). I want the brand or trademark to apply to the words "Amazing Apples". The rest of the words are in the logo only.

Do I have to put all the words from the logo in the text box or only the words "Amazing Apples"?

Welcome to the forum, Craig! Not my area of expertise, but as a generalisation a trade mark needs to be unique - so you might find that someone else has already nabbed many of the words you suggest.

Thanks for the reply. The words that I used were an example only. I just wanted to know if I had to use all the words in the logo even though I only wanted to use the two important words.
