"white paper" type PDF content

Hi all

Does anyone know who I would approach or where I would find a template for the kind of PDF file content that many financial institutions produce? Usually its info regarding one of their products, or market overviews, that kind of thing?
I'm not very creative minded so I think I would be better off spending money rather than time on doing this kind of thing...

Have you tried downloading some white papers to see how they structure their documents?

I've done a bit of Googling and here are a couple of sites:
