Where to find web designer that design ebay store?

I want my web store to be able my costumers create accounts and be something like ebay. I don't have many ideas regarding sites and what is the right design for my Jewellery store which is based here in Australia. Anyone have ideas on how to pick the right eBay store designer?

You could look at Frooition (http://www.frooition.com/ebay.html). I haven't used them personally but they have always seemed popular for eBay store design.
