Yes, I had a look a my competitors and some have really nice websites. In fact, I was wanting to have baby-o as a supplier but he is soooo over the top that it wasn't worth it. Thanks for your encouraging words though.
I'm now into the SEO thing so I'll look back at the comments made about that.
I will let you know how it's going.

Agree with most comments - especially the overall 'fuzzy' look (text and banner images) - guess it's meant to be soft focus but it's just hard on the eyes - especially on TFT screens.

ALT tags on images need to be populated and as someone else has commented it's quite easy to get lost - a full breadcrumb trail would help.
