Hi Jacky
FCA - Shenzhen:
The seller hands over the goods, cleared for export, into the disposal of the first carrier (named by the buyer) at the named place. The seller pays for carriage to the named point of delivery, and risk passes when the goods are handed over to the first carrier.
In other words, Your supplier will deliver the goods to your shipping agent ( which you have provided ) and that is the end of his responsibilty regarding the shipping process.
Your shipping agent then deals with everything related to the shipping from that point on.
If you need any further help or advice, feel free to contact me.
Best regards
Ron
