yes of course but wondering specifically what types of campaigns people are doing. noticing the bog standard email / sms arent as effective - anyone tried anything else?

They are very effective if done properly. Trouble is most businesses don’t bother to properly research and test.

they can be, but in a sea of noise there are probably more effective ways to leverage the data
