I’m particularly interested in how to introduce innovative tech solutions that enhance employee engagement and improve the visibility of their benefits. At Aetas Partners, we offer a platform specifically designed to help organisations with these challenges by providing tools that not only increase engagement but also ensure employees fully understand and appreciate the benefits available to them. I would love to hear from others who have experience with similar platforms or have insights into the best approaches for making such a pitch to an organisation. Any tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Have you used these tools with success? If so have you published the results?

And businesses looking for tools like this?

One method I’ve seen that works well is keynote speakers at conferences. Especially if you can show financial benefits.

As an aside, when I was employed each employee had a benefits book and there were posters on the walls. Seemed to be ok. I made use of the offers.

We have case studies - but its more around the visibility of the benefits that employees have access to: such as Pensions, life cover, wellbeing etc - the platform creates an environment where these become visible to the employee and can a great communication tool. The tech solutions include helping staff save on the high street an innovative mobile phone solution and a life organiser app. For a younger workforce their phone is their interface to such things via an app or portal.

Yes, but do you need a tool to publish details of discounts at Halfords?

Most employees will have access to a company website where they can login to get their benefits. Many of these (like pensions) are one off activities.

Where is the website for your app?

I would say it all depends on the type of company, back in the day the company I worked for everything was online including your annual review so nothing new there.

My wife who still works for a rather large supermarket finds it along with here fellow comrades a complete pain in the arse. So I would say it all depends on the "audience" and what they are trying to access all this data on.

What does your system do that the company cannot do themselves?

What are the benefits of the platform (not features)?

I would say the approach to market to the company is different to the staff and their uptake.
Just a hunch, but I would imagine approaching the HR departments and/or HR persons with a company would be the target audience. They would be the ones to build a business case to get the cost of implementation signed off.
