I bought an item which was supposed to be delivered Royal Mail 24. Label showed Royal Mail 24 but was passed on to Evri for delivery (but not our normal Evri driver).
Daughter just bought a new laptop direct from Dell to be delivered by UPS. Had a phone call from the UPS driver at 4pm to say it wouldn't be delivered until next day and it would stay in the van until then. "If you need it today you are welcome to pick it up from my house" WHAT? Son-in-law picked it up, no signature required. Still showing that delivery has been delayed. What on earth is going on?
