Hi,

I have a Telecoms site that is currently marketed via Google PPC and would like more people to make contact with our company, (wouldn't we all!) I would welcome feedback on what a typical prospect wants when they visit a site. We sell soluitions to meet customers needs and it will lead to a particular telephone system being installed. The site gives the impression that we give the advice, however do people need to see pictures of the phones and more about the product.

I would say your website is pretty clear and doesn't need major changes. A picture or two of the phone may help some decide but I would concentrate more on the copy. Push the benefits of doing business with you rather than listing lots of features.

For example under sales and service company you list typical requirements .... and then show a long list of benefits, I would try and make more of the headline and try and give the page some more impact.
