We've just designed and launched a website for a company selling refurbished computers online at tech-bazaar.com

The layout designed is finalized by customer as it was based on their preference, so need your opinion and some feedback if you see any usability issues or anything else.

Site appears fairly like a fairly standard design for this type of ecommerce site.

Only problem I ran into was site speed which appears slow.

All looked good to me, as cube digital said pretty standard. One exception was newsletter pop-up (which I hate), also I don't think your email only signup will satisfy GDPR requirements.

Menu system isn't accessible unless you're at the top of the page which is no good for mobiles as people have to scroll a lot. Needs to be fixed position.
Idea, you seem to be offering deals to businesses with the want to buy 5 computers or more and the general build of some of the units which are made for office use. Why not have a business account login and/or split the site between domestic consumer goods and business orientated goods. You could even have them as two separate businesses for tax purposes.

You've got lots of products on the home page which are marked 'Out of Stock'. Change that to 'Sold' to inject some sense of urgency for the other listings, or remove them.

I'd second the previous comment about seeing lots of 'Out of Stock' notices on products - I would have thought if they're out of stock, they shouldn't be displayed, as I can't buy them.

Also, I don't like the fact the product sliders move of their own accord - I'd much rather manually move through them myself.

For E-Commerce, this is one of the worst scores you could have. 5+ second load time is a death knell. You are using WordPress and who knows how many plugins but it really is not working. The speed is the single greatest issue, all other concerns are moot.

Seemed to load well for me...so I guess you fixed the speed issue...looks good!
