Hi
We are looking to connect/install video conferencing system for 3 of our offices based in the UK. The system needs to be easy to use, preferably works like a phone menu where you pick a name/location from the screen/TV and it just connects without having to log in to Skype or having to go through endless number of menus on a PC.
Looking for companies around the South East/London area to provide the hardware and software on a reasonable budget. We will buy the TVs/screens. Not looking for anything too flashy. Small to medium room sizes. Attendees for conference call 1- 8 max (speakerphone will be required).
Could anyone please recommend some companies. If you had something similar installed for your business or have experience in this area, what is a typical budget for a low end to mid end system please.
