Very basic website question

My website knowlege isnt great, so f you can create websites that allow for payments to be taken, customer info to be stored via a database etc etc please reply so I can PM you. I just want to ask you a few questions and get a rough estimate of something.

To sort out payments is easy especially if you do something like paypal.

your data base for customer info....

that would be seperate on your computer on some software.? i would imagine anyway.
