upload from web page

Hi all,

I have decided I am going to go for the ekm online shop for now.
Unfortunately there is no way it can do file uploads, but it can of course have a link to another site, and has options in a drop down box. So I thought if I have an option to "upload your own image" then a link to some space I have that has a small page with a simple browse and upload, it could then upload the image. Ideally a basic check for file type and size, but nothing more than their name apart from that. I once did a file upload in asp but that was ages ago and if I remember rightly I had problems with certain files. Whilst I can do some coding, I'm not an expert so ideally some ready made code would be great, or if anyone could do this for not so much ?
