I signed up for a FREE trial on a graphics website and followed the customary practice of adding card details and making a note to cancel prior to payment being taken at the end of the trial period if it wasn't up to scratch.
It appears that I hit a button that triggers immediate payment and subscribes me for a year. On querying with the provider I'm being told 'tough luck', no refunds.
Do I have any comeback?
