I can honestly say that I would not employ any of these lot.

Have not watched it for a while but I am sure those in the first series were much better.
 
There are a few in other series who I would employ. Most, no way.
They may be very good in their own businesses but the major failing most seem to have is no research and no ability.

The best part of this show is the end......When Sugars henchmen get hold of the winners CV's and business history and tear holes in them. Then we find out who they really are.

It's just a reality show and has nothing to do with real life! I have yet to employ someone on the grounds of whether they can find a bowler hat in Islington - it just is not one of the skills we are looking for!

I have been at recruitment events where puzzle solving was an aspect of candidate selection.
Both group and individual.
And stuff you would never use in a job itself, hence no one has an advantage.

Finding a bowler hat in London cheap enough would be easier than some of the tasks. :)
