Stock transfer form - question with amounts over 1k

so you cant sign certificate 1 if your amount is over 1k

so what cert should be signed for a cash upfront 1k+ (less than 2k) share transfer? do we just not sign any of the certs? or is there an entirely different document

If you can't sign the certificate, it's self evidently left unsigned. And you (specifically the purchaser) pays the normal stamp duty on the transaction. If it's a share transfer that's normally 0.5% and only £10 on a £2,000 transaction. Not really worth spending any time on?
