I need some advice, an ex-employer is trying to deduct 3 days sick pay (which I would normally have recieved) from BEFORE I handed my notice in.
It was in my contract and well known that sick pay would not be paid during notice, and on my "deductions and repayments" form the 3 days in question are listed as being "illness during notice" where they were in fact taken before handing my notice in.
Can they do this?
