I may be able to point you in the right direction here. I can thoroughly recommend Electric Hustle (no affiliation). Efficient, great communication and know Shopify inside-out.

They have worked on a number of great designs including a client of mine in the wellbeing space, Scentered.me

Go there type in 'skincare' and click on find an expert.

At the moment there are 3 experts with skincare sites in their portfolio. They are all proven otherwise Shopify won't be listing them.
