Setting up more than one company

Hi there

Just after some quick advice (I could just ask my accountant but thought I'd ask here)

I currently have a LTD company for my graphic design work I currently do.
If I was thinking of setting up one or two more companies, am I able to put them all under this company or do I have to have xxx LTD, xxx1 LTD, xxx2 LTD for example?

I've a couple of ideas but the thought of complicating my tax etc has sort of put me off just doing them and it's now time to give myself that kick to get motivated.

You can have different trading names under one company. You need to disclose the company name on all correspondence etc.

Ah great so as long as the new business website/letters/invoices etc say xxxLTD trading as New Company, that's enough?
