Setting up a news-sheet

I am looking to set up a recruitment website, and as part of the project, want a news-sheet, where by, the jobs posted that week, can be emailed, in the form of a newspaper, to people who sign up to the newspaper.

I would like to know. if there is software out there, to help me do it.

Just Google "newsletter software". You will find loads of solutions. The one that many people here will recommend is Mailchimp but there eare dozens and dozens, some free, some paid for, that will do what you want.
