Santander BBL?

We took out a BBL with Santander the day they were launched.
We assumed it would simply show as a new loan account on our business accounts. But it's not there. Tried all the various settings etc.
Contacted Santander a couple of months ago as thought it was odd. They too thought it was strange and put it down to a browser issue (I'm pretty sure it isn't).

Just curious really to know if anyone else who took out a BBL with Santander has also had this issue?
Santander don't seem that interested in resolving the matter.

Perhaps it will show next year when you start making payments.

I have a BBL with Starling. The loans section of my account shows all the loan documentation, but there is no loan account visible. I raised it with them, they said it would appear 'in due course'. Presumably the banks considered BBL not to be a loan until a payment becomes due?

I wonder what would happen if I close my Starling account?

We also had a BBL from Santander, and apart from the money going into the account, we have had no paperwork, loan account, emails etc either. Just assumed this was normal. I’m sure they will be in touch when interest becomes due.
