Can someone make any suggenstions please. Have a laptop (on a workgroup) and it has just been upgraded to Sage 2007 (V13. from v10 I think.. ??)

Since then when trying to open it the small Sage window shows and a yes or no option about converting data. Whether you click yes or no it disappears and nothing happens. Tried sys restore and few other bits but no joy. Anyone come across this issue before?

Hi Tintin,

Can't help myself but have used this facility in the past and found it to be really useful.

Hi Tintin

If you still have your Sage serial number and activation code, you can send Sage an email and you'll get a response fairly quickly. You don't need to be subscribed to Sage cover for this. I know there are some bugs in the Sage stuff and they may well be able to help you out.

TinTin

actually your problem is simple.

Sage 2007 cannot covert data from any sage version before 12.

If you wish to load data from v10 you would have to convert it into v12 first:D
