rss and newsgator

i want to put news headlines using rss on my website and i would like them to keep up to date automaticaly. I have signed up to news gator but i just can't work out how to get it on my website.
could anyone please shine some light on this please?

I'll dig out a script I have for inserting the rss feed via an include statement on an html page, in the meantime have a look at http://www.feedforall.com/free-php-script.htm or http://www.feeddigest.com/ (second one gives you php, javascript, wap and more!)

Piece of cake to include - but if you have any problems give me a shout.
