Following on from my previous threads!
I will be paying someone part time and also need to pay them 4 weeks pro rata holiday pay. (they will be working with me during the school term and won't be allowed to take time of during this period - so I will owe them holiday pay).
Ideally I would like to add their holiday pay onto their normal hourly rate but is this considered to be 'rolling pay' and is this now being made illegal? If I itemised the holiday pay separately at the end of each months pay packet, would this be acceptable?
many thanks
