RFID chips

Hi what is the best way of finding customers/buyers in the UK for our product. We manufacture RFID Chips, and most often than not end users will use an EMS to construct the device being made. In the UK does the company decide who supplies components for its end product or do the EMS companies?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
