Anyway, I'll post again briefly!

Hi,

A beautiful, simple and elegant site that gets straight to the point. It would persuade me to sign up.
My only criticism is that it seems a bit too clinical, try adding just a little of your own style. You can always make clinical into welcoming.

Anyway, good luck on your business venture!

Seamus,

Thanks very much for the feedback! It is very much appreciated and I know how bored people are getting of the 'review my site' requests!

I have had a couple of bits of independent feedback over the last day or so and the feeling seems to be positive but the site is not very 'sexy'.

Thanks again

Personally dont like flash landing pages - esp ones without a skip intro option but yours isnt too long.

Not keen on the validation thingies esp as on your site they are 1) right in the middle of the first true screen and 2) open in the same window so I go browsing off to the W3C website and forget that I am supposed to be looking at your site

The section "Technical Fluency" under services doesnt really tell me what you do with the programs listed... are these ones you can install? fix? write custom scripts for?

You talk about a ticket system but no clues to how much this will cost - would have thought that this is the route that most home users would want to take and they are likely to want prices up front.

No comment on response times - particulary important as you mention real time critical system monitoring

I think there is too much of a mixed message of what you are and who your customers are. The majority of your site seems to be more aimed at businesses with the combination of the language, items mentioned, list ordering etc and yet your first page states "services to the home user as well as to business" which to me reads home users are your primary customers and business is secondary.

On this line, for me as a home user, a "total IT service provider" would be the company I phone saying I need 2 new computers to do X and be networked to my existing PC and they get delivered a few days later with all the necessary software preinstalled by an engineer who sets it up for me and leaves me the "on call" number to sort out problems. As a business user the same thing can have a more advisory overtone.

The overall design (other than the bit re the validators) is ok... but it doesnt do anything for me - though it does make my eyes go a bit odd but that it probably to do with my colour blindness as greys can be a problem for me esp near greens (or are they red?... see my problem? ;) )

Astaroth,

Great feedback thank you! The comments that you have made are all valid and fiaxble, I do need to change the home users section as you are correct I am aiming at business users (this is a recent focus shift).

There is a skip option on the flash landing but at the moment the link is not showing in IE but is in Firefox.

I can see how the colour blindness would cause issues on the site as the colours a mostly green and grey!

Thanks again for the feedback, its nice to have a fresh pair of eyes reviewing it because its too easy to get tunnel visioned after spending so long building the site!

Thanks again!
