Renting a busines property

Hello everyone
I live in a council house. I want to start a business and rent another property for my business. I will never live in this property however I will be self employed. Is this acceptable as my business idea involves property management. Thanks

OP, not sure if you want an office, or another house to fix and flip, rent out or sell, warehouse etc.

If I read your post correctly, you want to rent a property, being self employed. No problem doing that.
