Registering a LTD company

Hi, I was hoping for advice. I am looking to register a Ltd business and haven’t done so before. There seems to be a lot is sites offering this at different prices, really I just want to register and get a business
Licence. Where is the best place / price to start. Thanks

yeh, basically I need to register to get supplied by wholesalers for e commerce sales. Also, I have a virtual address in America and I was asked for a business
Licence to be supplied, can I somehow get one? Thanks.

There is no such thjng

If the wholesaler is American, they are likely to accept/mean a certificate of incorporation.

If, however, you need an American business license, a UK limited company isn't going to help you with that.

As said above there is no such thing as registering or licensing a business in the UK. There is forming a Ltd Company of course which many suppliers assume provides them with some due diligence as you have to give your name and address to Companies House when forming a Ltd Company. Since Companies House does not do any checks on whether the name and address are actually real, is it this really due diligence?

Form a company over there? Have you asked the American wholesaler what they would accept as proof for a UK company?
