Recruitment agency charges

Hi iv just started a recruitment agency and need to know how to charge for temp workers. Iv only been recruiting for perm staff previously and know how to charge for that but want to start temping. What profit margin am i looking for and what other charges do i have to add. Please PM me.

What ever you can get away with!

My understanding is that once you take into account NI, sick pay & holidays then your looking at less than 5% on low end (call centre, factory work) roles and as much as 300% on high end contracts.
