Recommendations for a Registered Office Address provider?

I've seen a few threads within this forum on this topic, however, they're a bit dated now.

I'm temporarily using my home address, however, it's within my rental agreement that I'm not allowed to use this property for any business whatsoever, so I need to find a Registered Office Address provide as soon as possible.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I am based in Reading, Berkshire but I don't mind where the registered address is within the UK, so long as I can have official mail forwarded to my home address.

I use www companyaddress co UK / who are really good. Only issue is they only accept letters and not parcels above a certain size.

I really like their mail to email same day scan, although I have not upgraded to it yet as I don't get much paperwork.

Lots of companies offer this service, just Google it, I mean hundreds . Think about what you want. For example, do you need it just for letter or parcels as well, any usage limits, what about more than one company director - does that mean you need to pay extra. Do you want to be able to meet clients at your address. And also the speed from letters being recieved Vs being sent and received by you.

You will be fine

I guess as a newcomer, my main concern is whether this is a trustworthy industry. Although your response is reassuring that I'll be fine doing my own research.

As I said you will be fine. If you are worried then only go with those who have reviews on externally hosted websites, as this will give you assurance. Think facebook, verified reviews and trustpilot, anything not on there site and public is good news

If it takes you longer than 30 mins to decide on who to go with, then you are worring to much. Just chose someone and get on with sales and making money! That's why we are here

A couple of considerations for virtual offices. Location and value for money.

Where do you want your business to be based. A lot of our virtual office clients are physically based locally to us but want to use our business centre as a hub to meet people or look bigger than they are.

The value of the offering can hugely vary. Postcode makes a huge difference as the overhead to run the site can have a big impact on overheads and desirability. Our £45.00 per year price point is great value in comparison and there are no restrictions on parcels, pallets and post sizes.

I'm happy to help if you need some questions answered.
