Quote for an accountant

I'm looking to see how much an accountant would cost so I'm looking for quotes for the following services.

• Provide an address for a (not yet registered) limited company and forwarding on mail to my personal address
• Handle company tax returns (for the majority of the first year, it'll just be a few outgoing payments per month with no income)
• Register for VAT - this might require registering for VAT in an EU country as well as the UK (I'm not sure about the legal requirements so would need advice)
• Handle VAT returns

I would prefer to pay monthly if possible. Also, could you provide a quote with and without VAT so I can see what that does to the price?

As a rough guide I would say between £70 and £80 a month exc VAT if only a few transactions
