Quickbooks 2010 and exporting EC sales list HELP !!

Hi

I wish to export my EC sales list from QB 2010 to HMRC online - total transactions to EU compaines is around 40

I have tried to export using the csv bulk upload but it just shows the company name vat number and amount - I thought it also had to show if services or goods where traded -

Yes I have inputed them as goods/services but cant get this to show on my EC sales list ???
