Question on google search term

Hi All,

If i am from say, the catering industry and i search for "sales consultant" on google - will it likely bring up catering sales consultants for me? ie google knows most likely matches?

Not in my experience

The answer to your question is also dependent upon many variables

• Other people's past searches
• Your past searches
• Your browsing history
• Your location
• Google's latest algorithm updates

Sales consultant is a very broad term and from my search results Google deems my search intent to be searching for employment as a sales consultant, and therefore most results are job listings, but not specific to anything specific sub category of sales consultant

sales consultant is a very broad term and it will include all kinds of consultants , You have to be very specific with the google for example catering sales consultant etc

You could try searching and forcing google to only include sites with critical key phrases. That might help. For example +"catering sector". I've not tried it for your specific circumstances but I've done similar things ... sometimes with success!

The specific term that you are specifying uses broad term, the term can include consultant providing sales services to industry, businesses, IT or others. so Google will try to fetch you result with all the other results as well. So use the relevant industry term to get the best result.
