Hi Guys,

Could anyone please help with the following I run my own company and are approaching distribution companies. I was told by one company that I am margin dilutive and that they are a margin rate driven business not cash profit.

I would be grateful if some one could please help me on this.

What was the relationship going to be? presumably you as a supplier?

Sounds like what they are saying is they think you sell a product for £10.00 and make a profit of £2.00 but they only want to work with companies who sell a product for £10.00 and make a profit of £4.00
