Property: Inventory Services, Letting Agency

I am interested in starting a Landlord's property inventory service covering the N. of Glasgow, E. Dumbartonshire, Cumbernauld etc. Any advice welcome please. Would it be viable to combine it with a Letting Agency or better with renovation/refit and using sub-contractors for the work?
