Hi All
I'm not VAT registered and need to do my first VAT return at the end of the month, I have an e-commerce website and we ship internationally. For my non EU sales I intend on putting them through as 0% VAT, All of my order have been shipped via Royal Mail Signed For, however I am unsure if this is enough to cover me for Proof of Export. I am talking maybe 30-40 parcels
I have attempted to look online for answers and visited the HMRC website etc but I find the details overwhelming. Anyone got simple answer would a copy of the sales invoice showing destination and the Proof Of Postage Receipt/Tracking number be enough for these?
If more advanced proof is needed from the post office(Royal Mail) what is needed?
