I need a video for 2 of my websites.

I have researched this and can get a good 3 minute voice over for £10.

So I am just looking for a professionally created powerpoint, not just a normal microsoft powerpoint presentation.... I can do that myself, something like:

But mainly like the second one.

Where could I get one of these created? Or who can create one?
I heard figures of £600 for 5 minute videos flying around, I hope that is not right.

Those are pretty horrible videos. I manged about 30 seconds of each!

I know some good people who can do you a video but not that sort of thing.

I don't like either of these, I could show you some much better ones which would really engage the audience. But if you think that £600 for a 5 minute animation is a lot then I'm sorry I can't help you. I suppose you get what you pay for. Some of the bedroom freelancers I use would charge £2000 (and that's cheap) for 5 minutes and that's with the graphics supplied, storyboarding, etc but I wouldn't commission anything like either of those.

You can do this yourself....... Use Windows Movie Maker! You would need a good microphone, or get the audio professionally recorded then just add the text.
