I am looking for a premium rate supplier of phone and or sms numbers.

I have looked around on the net and have come across a few that seem a good price at first until you start finding out about their hidden fee's such as "set up fee" etc.

Would any of you know any where where I can go and buy premium rate numbers at a good value one off price/payment?
