postal address

Hi, I am currently a french citizen living in France, and I created a LTD in London last month: I plan to install within few months with my family in the UK, but in the meantime, I would like to set up my company banking account. It appears that I will need one postal adress to receive letters from the bank , and that I should be able to provide a personal insurance number, a utility bill etc.. So I was looking for some "roomate connexion" that would, temporarly, let me use his adress for postal stuff.
I would never need to stay in the room, just would need to pick up my mail once a while. This would be a temporary situation, waiting for me to find all the solutions for my family and schools for the kids etc. I am opening the company since I am involved into integrative health products (such as neutraceuticals etc). Depending on the level of help, I could compensate financially for the service (just the use of the postal adress, or with utililty bill, National Insurance obtained, proof of adress etc..

As a UK ltd requires a registered office in the country of registration, can't that be used as the mailing address?

And, if not, mailing-address services are plentiful and relatively inexpensive.

A UK ltd doesn't have to have a UK account (doesn't need to have any account), so you could open an appropriate account in your own country.

And, although relatively difficult, UK banks can open an account for a UK ltd owned/controlled by overseas residents.
