I received a letter from HSBC regarding a failed application to open a bank account that wasn't made by me. The name on the letter is not mine, the account name is correct but the address is wrong and is actually that of my other company. It's obvious a fraudulent attempt.
40 minutes later, 2 phone call's, 3 departments and I cannot for the life of me get the message across!
