Hello
OK, some of you know I have a dog walking site. It has a blog on it with hundreds of posts. Nothing particularly relevant and the vast majority of posts will never rank, but I don't care cause I do it for fun and my clients like seeing pics of their pets. So anyway, I've been going through the amazingly numbing task of just updating each and every post just so they look a little more modern. I'm not changing pics, text or anything just modernising how it looks, one by one. So, going through each post and going back in time up to about 7 years ago I see lots of images where I've put the wrong info in title and put the caption in the alt text field but I've also seen that I've used key phrases that I want my website to rank for in lots of alt tags for loads of images especially from years ago. As I go through each post I correct the image meta info but I'm wondering if having a lot of images with alt text and title text like "bishopton dog walkers" or "Renfrewshire dog walkers" on so many pics would have a negative effect for my websites seo for those terms or just in general? Any opinions?
