Outsourced Credit Control Recommendations Anyone?

We are a small company and would like to outsource our credit control.

Does anyone have any recommendations, preferably for a small business.

What software do you use? If you use xero there is a few bolt ons that will do a lot of the chasing for you. will need some manual input but they do hoover up a lot of slow payments.

We use FreeAgent and I would prefer a 'friendly' third-party to be contacting my late-payers.

Hello Neil - if you want to send me your details I will pass on to Claire Trice who runs a great credit control service which some of my clients use. Remember you can also use someone like us who can factor your invoices for you and release your cash-flow before they are due - we then also offer the service of chasing your debt as well.
