We have been working on the S.E.O. on our site over the past few weeks, so can you take a look and let me no if i have missed anything and if its ok, or if you can give me any advice on inproving it.
Thanks
p.s. My website link his in my profile.

The title tags need changing a bit.
Example: On your embroidery page the title tag is "Custom T-shirt Factory - Embroidery page". Title tags should be keywords 1st and site/company name 2nd. Change it round to " T-shirt embroidery - Custom T-shirt Factory". The same goes for your other pages.

The keywords you have are:
screen printing,Hen T-shirts,Stag T-shirts,website design,play-offs t-shirts

Have you done research on these words (and others) to determine the amount of searches performed and the amount of competition for each word?

If you are targeting the UK, then you currently have the issue that the UK search engines don't think that you are UK-based, because you have a hosted .eu domain name (.co.uk is just redirected to .eu not hosted) and your hosting is in Denmark. This will affect your search engine rankings even for web searches, not just pages from the UK searches (since search engines still give extra weight to local sites in web searches).

You can check where your website is hosted at www.maxmind.com

The issue of hosting location has been discussed quite a bit on these forums.

If you are moving over to having the .co.uk domain as the main hosted domain then you need to do it completely. It looks like you've got .co.uk hosted now (at least I think you did but it now looks like you are framed redirecting) rather than redirecting to .eu, but there are links in your .co.uk site which still point to the .eu site. Ideally you need to fully host .co.uk, strip the .eu links and stop hosting the .eu site completely (just redirect .eu to .co.uk) otherwise your .co.uk site will get duplicate content penalties for duplicating the .eu site.

If you're using frames, search engines will flat-out be unable to access pretty much any of your website.

Odd to say you're all about custom t-shirts then immediately to ask people if they're looking for a web designer (even if spelt correctly!) .
Definitely need to get someone to look at the copy for you - basic grammar and punctuation are essential, but there's plenty more to think about in writing web copy.

Your site is in frames, you are using duplicate content, .co.uk and .eu domains, you have poor titles and canonical issues - "dead in the water" springs to mind - go shoot your SEO, everything you have so far is practically worthless.

Hello, no i have not, dont no how to, but will check it out now, thank you.

It's a bit time consuming but you can do it yourself with free online tools.

Alternatley I offer keyword reports for £45 which includes a review of the number of searches and amount of competition for your keywords and those of 3 of your competitors, plus other industry related words.

I've done quite a few for people on these forums - plus some testimonials can be found here:

If you're interested, let me know.
