Optimal Payments

Hi,

Is anyone using Optimal Payments and their Merchant Account facility?

If so...

• Can we use our own processor such as ProtX with them?
• How is their support?
• Setup Fee/Charges?

I'm considering them as Streamline/Natwest are far to slow in sorting things out for me!
