Many years ago when I was in the Army we had to get a load of vehicle back from Spain to Germany after a NATO exercise. The easiest way was to drive then. Each driver was given some cash to pay for fuel, hotels, food and other necessary expenses. When I was reviewing the receipts one was from a lady of negotiable persuasion. When questioned, the driver said he needed a shag so deemed it a necessary expense.
