Hi, any niche market expert who would like to offer advise on a business idea within this sector.

To briefly expand for the purpose of members who have viewed, my aim is to identity established niche market sites and offer them the opportunity of increased traffic by joining a niche market community. I have the business plan written but would like to discuss certain areas, I am reasonably SEO and web designer savvy but do not have much business sense (mental health nurse by trade)

So, site owner A has a site about 'toejam buildup', site owner B has a site about 'Citroen C5 hydraulic parts' and site owner C has a site about 'Justin Bieber path to puberty'.

Are you suggesting that all these niche site owners come together on one mega-portal and somehow get RELEVANT traffic?

Too many niches mixed togther for a perfect community match - don't bother unless you target one sector only.

Probably the best and cheapest way to build a community is a forum - this WILL result in zero profit and crazy workloads, and there's no guarantee of anything. BUT if you build a good one, you might get something out of it, although its impossible to say what.

I guess you're right, in a way. I do plan to encourage people with niche markets to come together, however I would target sites which are already quite established, maybe 15-20 google page rank. I would be interested in having a chat on skype when this busy time is over, my idea is a bit more detailed than it may seem on the surface.
