Hi All
Just wanted to give you a quick intro and let you know a little more about myself. I have been in the recruitment industry for the last 15 years and have been involved in all aspects of talent management, human resource and training.
For the last 3 years I have run an employment agency focusing primarily in the Accountancy & Finance sector in the Essex area.
Most recently however, I have launched an internet job board www.appointdirect.com that has been developed specifically with assisting recruiters and business managers in mind. It came about as a direct result from feedback received from candidates and clients that my company has dealt with over the years, it aims at cutting out the middle man in the online recruitment industry by providing a medium for companies to advertise to and receive direct applications from people seeking a new career or work opportunity.
Im looking forward to networking and sharing ideas/stories with you all in the future.
