New Scam Email From HMRC

Hi guys, Just a quick Heads up....

Received this email this morning

Dear Sir/Madame,

After the last annual calculations of your fiscal activity , we have determined that
you are eligible to receive a tax refund of 483.15 GB.

To access your tax refund, please follow the steps bellow:
- download the Tax Refund Form attached to this email
- open it in a browser (recommended mozilla firefox)
- follow the instructions on your screen
A refund can be delayed for a variety of reasons. For example submitting invalid records or applying after the deadline.

Note the spelling mistakes Simply delete it and do not click on the attachment as this will install a trojan on your PC.

Yeah thought I was quids in lol but i showed it to the misses and she spent it before I could explain its a scam lol

Luckily this went straight to my junk inbox, which I only check occasionally. I figure if it were the real thing someone would call me. I did have a scary one from PayPal the other day, it looked like a real receipt from them, so you might want to watch out for that too.

Yeah it seems to be banks doing the rounds at the moment, Mind you it makes me laugh at the spelling mistakes, I Had one from TSB Bank and they ended it God be with you

Stupid people. Mind you i guess all the former Finance directors of a Corrupt south american country with $500,000,000 they are desperate to get out have all finally got out, so i guess its now the turn of the banks, I just wish they would learn basic English grammar before emailing me
