New Leaflet Distribution Business

I am starting a leaflet distribution business in Cheshire within the next month, I have got my nephew who has experience in direct sales working for me to contact local companies who may need our service. Think I have thought of everything but if anyone has experience in leaflet distribution any advice would be appreciated.

Lots of threads on here from people starting leaflet distribution businesses probably worth you having a look through?

If you want feedback here perhaps mention what you already feel you have covered off for example marketing, employment of staff, monitoring of distribution etc so people might be able to suggest areas you haven't considered
